Azizi Developments has announced further progress on Beach Oasis II, revealing that its modern mixed-use project in the thriving Dubai Studio City has now achieved 18% completion.

The structural phase is advancing at pace, with 69% of the structure finished and 681 construction professionals currently working on site to maintain its delivery schedule. Beach Oasis II consists of 452 studio units, 209 one-bedroom apartments, and 33 two-bedroom residences. Designed as a stylish low-rise community, it features an impressive selection of amenities, including a resort-style beach pool forming the centrepiece of the courtyard, state-of-the-art gym facilities, landscaped gardens, children’s recreational zones, and a central square offering a selection of retail outlets for residents’ ease and comfort.

Mr. Farhad Azizi, Group CEO of Azizi Group, said: “We are pleased with the progress at Beach Oasis II in Dubai Studio City. This development underscores our commitment to delivering homes defined by thoughtful design, strong connectivity, and a distinctly elevated lifestyle. Building on the success of Beach Oasis I, this new phase reflects our ongoing drive to create communities that set higher standards for contemporary living in Dubai.”

Situated on Hessa Street near Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, Studio City is a strategic location with excellent accessibility. Residents benefit from a wide range of nearby amenities, including schools and colleges, medical facilities, sports and leisure attractions, and much more. Major attractions in proximity include Dubai Autodrome, the Els Club, Dubai Polo & Equestrian Club, Dubai International Stadium, Football Academy Dubai, Sports Park, ICC Academy, and Miracle Garden, among many others.

Azizi Developments’ Sales Gallery can be visited on the 13th floor of the Conrad Hotel on Sheikh Zayed Road.
