Manar Abu Dhabi, a programme within Public Art Abu Dhabi and supported by The Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi), has revealed a special culinary collaboration. In partnership with WE ARE ONA and Luca Pronzato, a limited-run dining experience hosted by Michelin-starred chef Solemann Haddad of Moonrise will take place between 16 and 22 November 2025 at Jubail Island.
This marks WE ARE ONA’s first appearance in the Middle East. The concept, shaped around the primal connection between fire and the stars, invites diners to engage with the heritage of outdoor cooking. The experience will unfold as a sensory ritual, where flavours, movement, light and open space come together to create a moment of shared stillness and reflection.
After hosting acclaimed pop-up gatherings in cities such as Paris, Hong Kong, New York, Arles and Aspen, WE ARE ONA’s arrival in Abu Dhabi introduces a new layer to the emirate’s cultural identity. The collaboration blends gastronomy, creative direction and immersive design, reflecting the city’s growing appetite for artistically driven dining experiences.
WE ARE ONA X Manar Abu Dhabi will offer a tasting menu experience with soft beverage pairings priced at AED 750 per person, a further optional beverage pairing package is also available. Seatings will be daily at 8:00 PM and 8:30 PM.
