Nike has teamed up with SKIMS to launch a new women’s activewear line, NikeSKIMS, which debuts globally on 26 September. The collaboration promises to merge high-performance sportswear with style-driven design, offering a new “system of dress” that aims to redefine what it means to be an athlete today.

The collection features 58 silhouettes across seven lines, providing more than 10,000 outfit combinations. Ranging from foundational bras and leggings to layering pieces and accessories, the designs focus on both performance and versatility, aiming to transition seamlessly from gym to everyday life.

“Our mission is simple: to redefine the rules of women’s activewear. No more compromises,” said Kim Kardashian, SKIMS Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer. “We’re combining high-performance innovation with sexy, style-forward design for all women who demand both.”

The launch campaign, Bodies at Work, directed by filmmaker Janicza Bravo, features more than 50 athletes from the Nike roster. Among them are Serena Williams, Sha’Carri Richardson, Chloe Kim, Jordan Chiles, and golfer Nelly Korda. The film also highlights student athletes from the University of Southern California (USC) and University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).

Williams described the collection as “butter on your skin,” adding that she feels “unstoppable” when training in it. Sprinter Richardson said the designs made her feel “confident and unrestricted.”

The line introduces three core collections — Matte, Shine and Airy — alongside four seasonal ranges. Each is built with Nike technologies, including Dri-FIT moisture management, quick-dry fabrics, and seamless construction for comfort.

According to Amy Montagne, President of Nike, “NikeSKIMS is a bold evolution in how women experience sport and style. Together with SKIMS, we’re delivering what no other brand can.”

The brand also reflects Nike’s broader strategy to expand its women’s business, focusing on inclusivity and innovation. SKIMS, known for its solutions-oriented shapewear and loungewear, brings its expertise in body-focused design to the partnership.

The first NikeSKIMS collection will be available from nike.com/NikeSKIMS, SKIMS.com/NikeSKIMS, and select flagship stores in New York and Los Angeles.
