Azizi extends Finpower deal for Azizi Milan project

Azizi Developments has renewed its partnership with Finpower Aircon L.L.C, one of the UAE’s leading providers of HVAC systems, for the supply of Fresh Air Handling Units (FAHUs) and Fan Coil Units (FCUs) across all of its upcoming projects.

Finpower, founded in 2012, has built a reputation for delivering durable and energy-efficient air conditioning solutions. Its FCUs are designed to offer strong cooling performance while reducing power consumption, a feature that aligns with Dubai’s wider focus on sustainable urban living.

Farhad Azizi, Group CEO of Azizi Developments, said:
“We are pleased to be extending our partnership with Finpower Aircon, a trusted supplier whose expertise helps drive our growth. Their focus on energy efficiency, innovation, and reliability makes them a strong fit for our growing pipeline. As we expand, we remain committed to working with world-class partners who help us raise the bar in quality, comfort, and sustainability.”

The renewed agreement coincides with the announcement of Azizi Milan, a vast AED 75bn mixed-use development that aims to combine sustainability with the cultural refinement of Italian design. Covering 40 million sq. ft., it will be among the largest community projects in the UAE, designed to accommodate a population of 144,000 and featuring 800 hotel keys.

Inspired by the architectural traditions and lifestyle of Milan, the project is set to introduce Dubai to a new fashion-focused hub. Pedestrian-only streets will be dedicated to categories such as perfumery, cosmetics, bags, and haute couture, with fashion shows and global events planned as part of the community’s cultural calendar.

Azizi Milan’s master plan incorporates extensive sustainability measures. Every rooftop will feature landscaped gardens, while podiums and surrounding areas will be planted with trees and flowers. Infinity pools will be set amid lush greenery, and panoramic elevators will provide scenic views of fountains, canals, sports courts, and natural spaces.

Residential towers will range from 25 to 70 storeys, with a central layout designed to reduce congestion and encourage community living. Facilities will include schools, nurseries, mosques, wellness centres, retail districts, and offices, making the development largely self-sustaining.

A canal running through the site will add a waterfront lifestyle dimension, while proximity to the Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311) and a future Blue Line metro station will ensure easy connectivity across the Emirates.

The project follows the blueprint of Azizi’s earlier large-scale communities, Riviera in MBR City and Venice in Dubai South. As master developer, Azizi will oversee not only residential and commercial builds but also the wider infrastructure, including road networks.

With Azizi Milan, the developer hopes to cement Dubai’s reputation as a regional centre for sustainable luxury living and fashion-driven urban design.

The Azizi Developments Sales Gallery is located on the 13th floor of the Conrad Hotel, Sheikh Zayed Road.
