Samsung Electronics has announced the launch of the Galaxy Buds3 FE, its latest addition to the wireless earbuds lineup, aimed at making premium audio features more accessible to a wider audience.

The new earbuds, which will be available from 5 September, bring together Samsung’s signature design language and expanded functionality with the introduction of artificial intelligence-powered features. The Galaxy Buds3 FE combine an updated Blade design with enhanced sound, noise cancellation, and improved call quality.

Samsung said the model reflects its mission to “expand audio innovation to more people” by offering a balance of advanced performance and value.

Enhanced audio and call quality

The Buds3 FE come with larger speakers designed to deliver richer sound, producing deep bass and clear treble. They also feature enhanced Active Noise Cancelling (ANC) to minimise surrounding noise for a more immersive experience.

For users making calls in busy environments, Samsung has introduced what it calls “Crystal Clear Call” technology, which uses machine learning to isolate the speaker’s voice. Microphones have been repositioned closer to the mouth to further improve clarity, ensuring users can hold conversations in windy streets or crowded trains.

Intuitive design and controls

The Galaxy Buds3 FE adopt a refreshed Blade design, combining matte dual-tone finishes with semi-transparent accents for a modern look. The design also supports improved usability, with pinch and swipe controls for volume and playback, alongside a dedicated pairing button on the charging case.

Samsung says this allows users to seamlessly move between Galaxy devices with the Auto Switch function, ensuring audio continuity across phones, tablets, and laptops.

AI at the centre

Artificial intelligence is a central component of the Galaxy Buds3 FE. Voice commands such as “Hey Google” can trigger a range of functions including managing playlists, checking daily schedules, or responding to emails.

The buds also support real-time translation when paired with the Galaxy AI Interpreter app, enabling users to follow lectures in foreign languages or hold multilingual conversations without relying on a screen.

Samsung describes the experience as “fast, natural, and conversational,” aiming to make interactions feel more like speaking to a friend than using a device.

Expanding the Galaxy ecosystem

By launching the Galaxy Buds3 FE, Samsung continues its strategy of widening entry points into its Galaxy ecosystem. The earbuds are fully integrated with Galaxy smartphones and tablets, offering settings access and app-free controls from any screen.

Positioned as a product that combines affordability with intelligent features, the Buds3 FE aim to appeal to consumers seeking a reliable everyday audio device without the higher price tag of flagship models.

With their mix of improved sound, AI-driven convenience, and distinct design, the Galaxy Buds3 FE mark a fresh chapter for Samsung in the competitive wireless audio market.
