The Design Your Future (DYF) Campaign has announced Seef Mall – Seef District as the official venue for the 9th edition of the Annual Business Quiz Show Competition, which will launch on 24 August 2025. The event, a flagship initiative under the DYF Campaign, continues to promote Bahraini youth talent and sectoral knowledge through competitive corporate engagement.

Coinciding with the second season of the DYF Campaign, launched in April 2025, this year’s Business Quiz Show is once again backed by strategic partner Mastercard, serving as the campaign’s Knowledge Partner. The DYF initiative aims to equip high school graduates, university students, and vocational trainees with real-world insights and career exposure by connecting them directly with corporate leaders.

Held over four evenings, the competition will feature university students working alongside professionals within corporate teams from sectors considered critical to Bahrain’s economic future. These include Banking & Finance, Fintech, Insurance, Industry, and Services.

Participants will undergo a series of dynamic and interactive challenges, designed to test both their understanding of the national economy and sector-specific knowledge. Three sector-focused nights will determine finalists, who will then compete in the Grand Finale on 28 August.

Mr. Ahmed Yusuf, CEO of Seef Properties, welcomed the renewed partnership, stating, “We are proud to support the Annual Business Quiz Show Competition once again. Hosting this event at Seef Mall – Seef District reflects our dedication to empowering the next generation and contributing to Bahrain’s vibrant business ecosystem.”

The Business Quiz Show has become a cornerstone for youth engagement in the Kingdom, serving as a platform for developing leadership, teamwork, and industry-specific skills. This year, the emphasis on embedding university students within real business teams aims to foster mentorship and first-hand exposure to competitive environments.

Ms. Zahraa Taher, Chairperson of the DYF Advisory Committee, expressed her enthusiasm: “Seef Mall is more than just a venue — it is a community hub. This competition enables students to interact directly with top professionals, allowing them to showcase their abilities on a national stage.”

The DYF Campaign is further supported by an advisory panel including members from the Higher Education Council, INJAZ Bahrain, Tamkeen, and Lamea. Additionally, certified trainers in career guidance and skills development contribute to enhancing the overall learning experience.

With the support of these institutions and a continued focus on youth empowerment, the 2025 Business Quiz Show is expected to draw a wide audience of students, professionals, and business leaders.

As the countdown to the competition begins, Bahrain’s business community is preparing to once again celebrate and mentor the nation’s emerging talent.
