Residents of the capital are being encouraged to kick-start a healthly lifestyle with the launch of a new community event.
Abu Dhabi Alive will be hosted from 27th to 30th November at Zayed Sports City, with guests being able to take part in a variety of fitness activities, exercise classes and cooking demonstrations to improve lifestyle habits. In addition, health experts will provide medical checks and body composition assessments to visitors to the event.
Open every day from 12pm to 9pm, entry is free. A one-day AED 5 charge will be applied to those who wish to use facilities such as the bowling centre, tennis courts and rugby field. Two, three and four-day passes are also available for AED 10. For more information visit: www.abudhabialive.ae
