Orange Jordan reaffirmed its commitment to employee well-being and community spirit by hosting its annual Family Day event, bringing together employees and their families in a lively atmosphere filled with entertainment, interaction, and celebration.

The day was designed to strengthen team spirit and nurture a sense of belonging, not just among employees but also their families. It offered a valuable opportunity to connect outside the workplace and highlighted the company’s ongoing dedication to building a supportive and inclusive environment.

The highlight of the event was the 2025 Orange Employees Football Championship final, which energized the crowd with spirited competition. The match gained added prestige with the attendance of national football team stars Salem Al-Ajalin and Amer Abu Jamous, who further boosted excitement and engagement among participants and spectators.

Beyond the football, the event featured a wide range of interactive activities for all ages, as well as diverse competitions and entertainment options. Families also enjoyed an open bazaar showcasing local associations and startups supported by Orange Jordan. Among them were eight startups from the Orange Digital Center Incubators and six from the Women Digital Centers, who displayed and sold their handcrafted products. This initiative reflects Orange’s strong commitment to corporate social responsibility, particularly in empowering small businesses and creating platforms for networking and growth.

Dedicated spaces were also set up to showcase the company’s products and services. Attendees explored Orange devices and accessories offered with exclusive discounts, learned more about Orange Money services, and engaged with a well-being space designed for employees and their families.

Eng. Philippe Mansour, CEO of Orange Jordan, emphasized the importance of extending Orange’s commitment to employees beyond the workplace: “Our commitment to employees extends to their families as well, through initiatives and opportunities that encourage communication and interaction. This strengthens team spirit and demonstrates our ongoing dedication to bringing our slogan to life: Orange is here.”

The Family Day event reaffirms Orange Jordan’s focus on creating a positive and inclusive workplace, where employees are recognized as the cornerstone of the company’s success and sustainable development efforts. By extending support to families and local communities, the company continues to showcase its holistic approach to employee engagement, community empowerment, and corporate responsibility.

With football, family fun, entrepreneurship, and innovation all celebrated in one event, Orange Jordan’s Family Day underscored how the company blends employee well-being, community values, and social impact into its corporate culture.
