Emirates Skywards, the award-winning loyalty programme of Emirates and flydubai, is celebrating its Silver Jubilee by giving back to its 37 million members worldwide with 25 days of special prizes, offers, and exclusive experiences.

The celebrations, running from 25 September to 20 October, will include a 25 million Miles raffle, bonus Miles on bookings and purchases, surprise airport activities, and a bespoke anniversary aircraft livery.

25 days of giving back

The centrepiece of the campaign is a 25 million Skywards Miles raffle. Members who book flights with Emirates, flydubai, or spend with participating partners during the promotion period will automatically be entered for a chance to win prizes of 100,000 Miles, 250,000 Miles, and a grand prize of one million Miles.

Additional incentives include a 50% bonus on Skywards Miles when booking with Emirates and flydubai, and a 25% bonus on spending with partner airlines, Skywards Everyday outlets in the UAE, the Skywards Miles Mall, Emirates Skywards Hotels, or affiliated credit cards. A “Buy or Gift” Miles promotion will also offer up to 50% in bonus Miles.

At Dubai International Airport (DXB), members will encounter surprise events in early October. Travellers can play interactive quizzes for Miles, enjoy complimentary lounge access, and receive Dubai Duty Free vouchers. Passengers will also be treated to free ice cream from branded Skywards trucks in Terminals 2 and 3.

A “Spot the Tag” campaign at baggage belts will reward arriving passengers who find special luggage tags with lounge passes, Emirates merchandise, and bonus Miles.

A silver livery for the skies

In a visual tribute to its 25th anniversary, Emirates Skywards will unveil a specially designed aircraft featuring a striking silver “25 years” decal. The jet will enter service in October, flying across Emirates’ global network as a symbol of the programme’s milestone.

Dr Nejib Ben Khedher, Divisional Senior Vice President of Emirates Skywards, said the anniversary reflects both the loyalty of members and the innovation of the programme.

“Emirates Skywards is a true success story – one that was born in Dubai and has now become one of the most recognised loyalty programmes in the world,” he said. “Our success stems from always placing members first. Over the years, we listened, adapted, and innovated to create valuable and memorable rewards. What better way to celebrate than giving back to our community with 25 days of surprises and offers?”

Rewarding loyalty

Longstanding premium members will also be recognised with exclusive anniversary rewards, such as cabin or tier upgrades, personalised gifts, and limited-edition benefits.

Launched in 2000, Emirates Skywards has grown into one of the world’s largest airline loyalty programmes, with members spread across the UK, US, UAE, India, Australia, and beyond.

As it celebrates its Silver Jubilee, the programme is reaffirming its promise to enhance travel experiences through both traditional rewards and creative new engagements – in the air, on the ground, and across its global partnerships.
