Egypt & Dubai, UAE – MenuRqmi, a restaurant technology startup, has partnered with FasterCapital to accelerate the deployment of its integrated Restaurant Management System across the Middle East and North Africa, the companies announced on October 15, 2025. The partnership, structured under FasterCapital’s Equitypilot program, targets Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Egypt, and Gulf markets, with the goal of rolling out the platform to thousands of restaurants.
The move comes amid rapid digitization in the regional restaurant industry, which research estimates includes nearly 300,000 establishments across key markets. Many operators rely on fragmented technology stacks, costly point-of-sale systems, and separate apps for digital menus, limiting operational efficiency and customer engagement. MenuRqmi’s platform addresses these gaps by combining a digital menu, built-in POS, and a private mobile app for each restaurant in a single system.
“MenuRqmi’s integrated approach addresses a major gap in hospitality tech and aligns with our Equitypilot thesis of rapid productization and regional scale,” said Hesham Zreik, Investment Lead at FasterCapital. CEO Mostafa Yassin added, “This partnership fast-tracks our mission to give every restaurant a private branded app, POS, and digital menu at a fraction of current costs. FasterCapital’s support will help us reach thousands of branches across MENA and improve margins for operators.”
The system allows unlimited menu items, QR codes, and tablet devices per location, reducing setup time and per-branch costs while improving order accuracy and customer retention. MenuRqmi is initially piloting the platform in Riyadh and Dubai, with plans to expand through reseller partnerships and localized Arabic-English versions across GCC markets and Egypt. Early projections suggest the platform could scale to a serviceable market of 35,000 restaurants within three years.
The partnership leverages FasterCapital’s network, mentorship, and seed capital to accelerate commercialization. Over the next 12–18 months, the collaboration will focus on platform localization, pilot rollouts, and building sales channels across the region. MenuRqmi also plans a seed funding round within 9–12 months to support further development and market expansion.
Industry observers note that unified restaurant management systems are increasingly sought after as operators face rising labor costs and growing customer expectations for seamless digital ordering. Platforms like MenuRqmi could reduce operational complexity and improve profitability, particularly in markets with fragmented hospitality technology adoption.
Founded to simplify restaurant operations, MenuRqmi aims to provide turnkey digital solutions that combine technology, efficiency, and branded customer engagement. FasterCapital, established in 2014, is a global venture builder supporting early-stage startups with funding, mentorship, and market access, and its Equitypilot program is designed to fast-track scalable solutions in targeted industries.
