Azizi Developments has formalised a new partnership with Dorlet, the esteemed Spanish security technology provider, to install advanced access control systems across Burj Azizi, soon to become the world’s second-tallest tower.
Dorlet, headquartered in Spain, is renowned for delivering sophisticated access control, identity management and integrated security solutions to major global clients. Its extensive portfolio spans airports, government buildings, corporate skyscrapers and large mixed-use projects, supported by advanced software, engineered hardware and high-level system interoperability.
The partnership underscores Azizi’s objective to equip Burj Azizi with forward-thinking, secure and technology-led infrastructure. Dorlet’s solutions will enhance the tower’s operational performance, ensuring safe, automated and efficient access in residential, hospitality, commercial and service environments. The system architecture allows for real-time system monitoring, multi-factor authentication and future-ready scalability.
Mr. Farhad Azizi, Group CEO of Azizi Group, said: “Our partnership with Dorlet reflects our ongoing efforts to integrate the best of proven global technologies into Burj Azizi, ensuring the tower operates at the highest standards of security, innovation, and user experience. Dorlet’s expertise in access control aligns seamlessly with our vision of creating a landmark that redefines luxury, efficiency, and safety. With every new collaboration, we move closer to delivering one of Dubai’s most iconic achievements.”
Due for completion in 2029, the 725-metre, 140-level Burj Azizi will accommodate a rich blend of residences, hotel suites, luxury retail and entertainment. The retail zone will include an ultra-premium mall featuring elite fashion labels, while residential floors will offer one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. Every 20 floors, a dedicated amenities level will feature swimming pools, spa and wellness facilities, fitness areas, games rooms, business facilities, family spaces, cinemas, dining options and supermarkets. Above these, ultra-luxury penthouses with privileged amenity access will crown the residential offering, each accessed via separate, private lobbies.
Soaring further is a seven-star all-suite hotel inspired by seven cultural identities—Arabic, Chinese, Persian, Indian, Turkish, French and Russian. It will offer themed dining concepts, an authentic Emirati restaurant, a grand ballroom and an exclusive beach club.
Burj Azizi will achieve several world-beating records, including the highest observation deck (level 130), highest hotel lobby (level 111), highest nightclub (level 126), highest restaurant (level 122) and highest hotel accommodation (level 118). At the tower’s peak, a dedicated museum will chronicle its journey through immersive multimedia and historical archives.
Visitors may explore upcoming offerings at the Azizi Developments Sales Gallery on the 13th floor of the Conrad Hotel, Sheikh Zayed Road.
