New hotel and residences set to enhance hospitality landscape in Al Seef District

Hilton (NYSE: HLT) has officially opened the Hilton Bahrain City Centre Hotel & Residences, bringing a fresh residential-style hospitality concept to the Kingdom of Bahrain. Situated in the heart of Manama’s Al Seef District, the property combines modern living spaces with world-class Hilton service.

The launch was officiated by Shaikh Khalid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Deputy Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Bahrain, marking an important milestone for the country’s premium tourism and hospitality sector.

Hotel owner Mr. Mahmood Mohamed Faqeeh commented on the strategic significance of the project and expressed pride in delivering a premier flagship property to the Bahrain market.

The property features 594 thoughtfully designed studios, apartments and penthouses, including one, two and three-bedroom layouts. Each unit includes a fully equipped kitchen and modern guest amenities, making the hotel ideal for extended stays, family travel and long-term accommodation. Many rooms offer exceptional views of the Bahrain skyline and the Arabian Gulf.

Located next to Bahrain City Centre Mall and close to local beaches, the hotel is also less than five kilometres from major commercial and leisure destinations including Bahrain Financial Harbour, The Avenues Mall and the Bahrain Exhibition Centre. Bahrain International Airport is just 17 minutes away, providing convenient access for business and leisure travellers.

Guests can enjoy four distinctive dining venues. The Collective Café serves hand-crafted coffee, speciality teas, pastries and afternoon tea. The Collective restaurant highlights Mediterranean dishes prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Super Bass brings a lively American burger concept to the city, while the Pool Lounge offers light bites and alcohol-free cocktails in a relaxed setting.

A defining feature of the hotel is its 7th Floor leisure hub, overlooking Bahrain Bay. The floor offers a complete recreational experience with a modern fitness centre featuring mixed and ladies-only zones, a spa with seven treatment rooms and Moroccan hammams, multiple pools for families and children, and dedicated Kids and Teens Clubs. Super Bass Restaurant & Pool Lounge completes the offering with gourmet comfort food, creative mocktails and indulgent shakes, transforming the space into a unique lifestyle destination.

Business and social guests are also well catered for, with a flexible meeting room for up to 30 delegates and elegant spaces for private events, celebrations and corporate gatherings.

Leading the opening is General Manager Hassan El Wahidi, an industry veteran with more than 35 years of international experience. Reflecting on the launch, he said: “Hilton Bahrain City Centre Hotel & Residences is a new lifestyle destination for the Kingdom. From our residential-style accommodation and world-class facilities to our unique 7th Floor experiences, we have designed every detail to combine the warmth of home with the sophistication of Hilton hospitality. It is an honour to lead this flagship opening, and I look forward to welcoming our guests to discover Bahrain in style.”

The hotel is part of Hilton Honors®, the loyalty programme for Hilton’s global portfolio of 25 brands. Members who book directly with Hilton enjoy exclusive privileges, including flexible payment combinations of Points and cash, member-only discounts, free standard WiFi and access to digital services through the Hilton Honors app, such as mobile check-in, room selection and Digital Key room entry.
