STORY Hospitality, part of the Abu Dhabi Capital Group, has announced that Ameer Rehman has been appointed as its new Vice President of Finance.
Ameer, a Fellow Chartered Accountant who trained with PwC, brings over 20 years of international financial leadership to the business. His career across the UK, Saudi Arabia, the UAE and the wider EMEA region has established him as a respected expert in financial governance, operational performance and leadership development.

Prior to joining STORY Hospitality, Ameer was Senior Vice President of Finance at COOL INC, reporting to the Group CEO. In that position, he led key financial functions including capital structure, investment strategy, financial planning and corporate controls, contributing significantly to the company’s financial progression and resilience.
Ameer also spent more than ten years with Hilton in senior regional finance posts covering the Middle East and Africa. During this period, he managed various markets, consistently surpassing profitability goals, strengthening compliance frameworks, and spearheading talent-building initiatives – notably creating Hilton’s first finance graduate scheme in Saudi Arabia.
With extensive experience in restructuring and strengthening finance operations across large hospitality portfolios, Ameer joins STORY Hospitality at a defining stage of growth. His leadership will underpin the group’s expanding operations across the UAE, Seychelles, Morocco and Saudi Arabia, supporting financial discipline, innovation and long-term value for ownership partners.
