New Command and Control Centre to Oversee UAE’s Largest Data Centre Portfolio and Integrate into G42’s Global Intelligence Grid

Presight, a global pioneer in artificial intelligence and big data analytics, has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Khazna Data Centers, one of the world’s leading hyperscale infrastructure providers, to introduce an innovative AI-based facility management system across Khazna’s network of data centres throughout the UAE.

The collaboration will see Presight implement a cutting-edge, AI-driven command and control platform to manage 30 data centres nationwide. Operated from a secure, advanced AI hub in Abu Dhabi, the system will leverage artificial intelligence to oversee energy efficiency, cooling, equipment performance, and security. By predicting and resolving potential issues before they arise, the platform is designed to enhance resilience, reduce downtime, and ensure seamless, 24-hour operational performance.

This landmark project represents a significant stride in advancing the UAE’s digital infrastructure through Applied Intelligence. It reinforces Presight’s global leadership in AI-powered operational excellence while cementing Khazna’s position as the nation’s largest data centre operator and a key enabler of digital transformation.

Thomas Pramotedham, CEO of Presight, said: “With Khazna, we are bringing Applied Intelligence to the front lines of digital infrastructure, embedding AI at the core of mission-critical systems to deliver efficiency, resilience, and sustainability at scale. This project will reflect Presight’s commitment to advancing the UAE’s digital ambitions, showcasing how Abu Dhabi innovation is enabling intelligent operations and setting new global standards for data centre management.”

Hassan Alnaqbi, CEO of Khazna, said: “Through this project with Presight, we’ll elevate how we manage digital infrastructure, transforming operations into intelligent, adaptive systems that anticipate and optimise in real time. We are establishing a new standard for sustainable data centre operations, supporting the UAE’s vision for a smarter, AI-powered digital economy and reinforcing our position as a global leader in next-generation infrastructure.”

The AI-powered management solution represents the future of autonomous data centres—crucial at a time when data demands and sustainability expectations continue to rise globally. It will provide predictive maintenance, early fault detection, advanced cooling optimisation to reduce energy consumption, and comprehensive 24/7 monitoring to ensure operational efficiency across all Khazna facilities.

The Command and Control Centre will also form a key component of G42’s Intelligence Grid, a globally connected network of AI-driven infrastructure. This integration will link Khazna’s UAE-based operations with G42’s expanding international ecosystem of AI facilities spanning Singapore, Kazakhstan, Europe, Africa, and other strategic markets.
