Salesforce, the global leader in AI-driven customer relationship management (CRM), will showcase its latest agentic AI innovations at GITEX Global 2025, taking place in Dubai from October 13–17. The company aims to demonstrate how regional organisations can adopt intelligent automation and digital labour to evolve into authentic “Agentic Enterprises.”

At its 264-square-metre booth in Hall 4, Stand B15, Salesforce will host a series of talks, live sessions, and solution demonstrations. The spotlight will be on Agentforce, Data Cloud, and Hyperforce, platforms designed to enhance customer service, boost efficiency, and redefine how businesses leverage AI in real time.

Salesforce solutions are already driving innovation across multiple sectors, including government, retail, and ecommerce, where organisations are under increasing pressure to deliver faster, smarter, and more personalised services.

“GITEX Global is the ideal platform to showcase how Salesforce is empowering regional organisations to transform with AI,” said Mohammed Alkhotani, Senior Vice President and General Manager, Salesforce Middle East. “Businesses feel immense pressure to use AI to improve services and drive efficiency, but many aren’t sure where to start. Our solutions provide a clear path forward, enabling companies to smartly deploy autonomous AI agents and take a lead.”

Salesforce expects heightened interest from UAE and regional businesses, particularly as organisations accelerate AI adoption. According to the company’s latest State of IT report, 86% of UAE teams are expected to use AI agents within the next two years, while 70% believe AI agents will become essential business tools.

The company’s momentum in the Middle East reflects broader investment in the region. In October 2024, Salesforce opened its first regional office in Dubai Internet City. In February 2025, it announced a $500 million investment in Saudi Arabia, focused on AI workforce development and expanding its partner ecosystem to support digital transformation initiatives.

Salesforce has also grown its regional partner network at a rapid pace. The Middle East now counts 275 partners, marking a 23% increase compared to the previous year. Certifications among regional professionals have also surged by 24%, reaching 5,803 in 2025, underscoring a strong demand for AI skills and ecosystem expansion.

As AI-driven transformation reshapes industries, Salesforce’s presence at GITEX is set to reinforce its role as a strategic partner for innovation in the Middle East.

Visitors can explore Salesforce’s agentic AI solutions and engage with live demonstrations by visiting the company’s booth in Hall 4, Stand B15 at GITEX Global 2025.
