Dubai Investments PJSC, a leading investment company listed on the Dubai Financial Market, is reaffirming its commitment to nurturing Emirati talent by participating in Ru’ya Careers UAE 2025, taking place from 23–25 September at Dubai World Trade Centre.

The company has been a longstanding supporter of Ru’ya — one of the UAE’s largest career fairs dedicated to Emirati job seekers — and has leveraged the platform over the years to attract, develop, and retain national talent across its diverse portfolio of businesses.

Building long-term careers

Dubai Investments has consistently emphasised that the UAE’s most valuable resource lies in its people. Through Ru’ya, the Group has successfully recruited young professionals who have grown into long-term contributors across industries including real estate, manufacturing, education, healthcare, investments, and services.

The company’s strategy extends beyond simply offering employment opportunities. Once onboard, Emirati hires are provided with structured mentorship, leadership development programmes, and cross-functional exposure designed to help them build expertise and gain confidence in tackling complex business challenges.

These initiatives, the Group says, empower Emirati employees to contribute meaningfully to innovation, operational excellence, and strategic growth, while preparing them to take on leadership positions in the future.

A strategic national priority

Dubai Investments’ continued participation in Ru’ya Careers UAE reflects the company’s alignment with the UAE’s Emiratisation strategy, a key driver of the nation’s economic sustainability and resilience. By focusing on human capital development, the Group aims to support national aspirations for a future-ready workforce equipped to navigate evolving market dynamics.

A spokesperson for Dubai Investments said the Group views Emiratisation not merely as a compliance measure, but as a long-term strategic priority essential to the country’s progress.

“At Dubai Investments, we believe the strength of our company — and indeed our nation — lies in our people. By investing in Emirati talent through recruitment, mentorship, and professional development, we are helping to build a sustainable and prosperous economy for the future,” the spokesperson said.

Invitation to young professionals

Emirati job seekers and professionals exploring new opportunities are invited to visit Dubai Investments’ stand at B3 – Hall 3 during the three-day event. Representatives from across the Group will be present to discuss career opportunities, training pathways, and the company’s broader commitment to fostering Emirati talent.

As Dubai Investments continues to expand its footprint both locally and internationally, its investment in national talent development underscores a vision of growth that is inclusive, forward-looking, and firmly rooted in the UAE’s ambitions.

By championing Emiratisation at platforms such as Ru’ya, the company is not only helping young professionals embark on meaningful careers but also reinforcing its role as a strategic partner in shaping the UAE’s knowledge-based economy.
