Palma Development, a leading force in the UAE’s real estate sector, has achieved a significant milestone at the Arabian Property Awards 2025, securing honours in all three categories it entered. The recognition underscores the developer’s reputation for architectural excellence, refined interiors, and lifestyle-focused communities.

Two flagship projects were awarded in the development categories. Serenia Living, located on Palm Jumeirah, won in the Apartment/Condominium Development Dubai category, while West Residence, part of the Serenia District at Jumeirah Islands, took home the award for Residential High-Rise Development Dubai.

In the field of interior design, the West Presidential Penthouse at Serenia Residences The Palm received the award for Residential Interior Apartment Dubai.

The achievements build on Palma’s growing list of accolades, including recognition earlier this year when La Mer Private Home was named Best Luxury Single Family Home at the Luxury Lifestyle Awards 2025.

“Setting new standards”

Rana Hariz, Executive Director at Palma Development, described the awards as a validation of the company’s vision.
“These wins reflect our mission to create developments that elevate lifestyles and set new standards for Dubai’s property market,” she said. “Every element, from architecture and interiors to amenities and infrastructure, is carefully considered to enhance residents’ daily lives. Adding these distinctions strengthens Palma’s role in shaping environments that blend sophistication with longevity.”

Premium projects

Palma’s portfolio reflects its focus on luxury waterfront living.

  • Serenia Living: An AED 3 billion development on Palm Jumeirah, designed in partnership with GAJ (Godwin Austen Johnson), offering high-end European appliances, refined finishes, and resort-style amenities.
  • Serenia District: A AED 5 billion project developed with Nikken Sekkei, reimagining community living with an exclusive four-level clubhouse, extensive podium facilities, and lush natural landscaping.

Industry benchmark

The Arabian Property Awards, judged by an independent panel of over 80 experts, are widely regarded as a benchmark for real estate excellence across the region. Palma’s triple win reinforces its position as a market leader, shaping residential experiences of the highest calibre in Dubai’s competitive property market.
