Azizi Developments, one of the UAE’s leading private developers, has announced the launch of Azizi Tower 1, a premium commercial development strategically located in Al Jaddaf.

The unveiling is scheduled for Wednesday, 10 September, at Jumeirah Beach Hotel, where the developer will also showcase new residential buildings in Milan Heights, part of the fashion-inspired Azizi Milan community on Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road.

Commercial hub in Al Jaddaf

Azizi Tower 1 has been designed as a dedicated commercial hub, offering layouts ranging from 500 to 2,000 square metres for offices, clinics, and retail spaces. The project comprises three basement levels, a ground floor, four podiums, and fifteen floors of office space.

The development features a contemporary façade, modern interiors, secured parking, advanced surveillance, and energy-efficient cooling systems. Community facilities include cafés, restaurants, retail outlets, a rooftop garden, a worship hall, storage areas and extensive parking, providing a comprehensive working environment for startups and multinational companies alike.

Leadership vision

Farhad Azizi, Group CEO of Azizi Group, said the project reflects the company’s commitment to advancing Dubai’s role as a global business hub.

“Azizi Tower 1 reflects our vision to contribute to Dubai’s thriving business ecosystem by delivering future-ready commercial spaces that prioritize connectivity, efficiency, and sustainability,” he said.

“Alongside new building releases in Milan Heights, Azizi Tower 1 highlights our dedication to creating landmark developments that fuse strategic location, purposeful architecture, and lasting value for our investors and end-users.”

Connectivity and lifestyle

Located next to Creek Metro Station, the tower enjoys direct links to Al Khail Road, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai International Airport, and Downtown Dubai.

Meanwhile, Azizi Milan, the wider master-planned community, spans 40 million square feet and will accommodate more than 144,000 residents. The project integrates sustainability with design, drawing inspiration from Milan’s fashion and cultural heritage.

Within this community, Milan Heights offers a mix of studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments alongside six infinity pools, children’s pools, fitness facilities, jogging and cycling tracks, cinemas, and over 20,000 square metres of retail space.

Future development

With its combination of prime location, integrated amenities, and large-scale planning, Azizi Milan is being positioned as one of the UAE’s largest mixed-use communities, while Azizi Tower 1 sets a new benchmark for modern commercial space in Dubai.

Azizi Developments’ Sales Gallery is open at the Conrad Hotel on Sheikh Zayed Road.
