Prow adds QuickBooks link in Beta expansion

AI-powered business intelligence platform Prow has announced the expansion of its Beta programme with a new integration for QuickBooks Online, marking its latest move to provide real-time data insights for small and midsize businesses (SMBs).

The announcement comes just weeks after the company revealed its WooCommerce integration, underscoring the pace at which Prow is working to deliver enterprise-grade analytics for entrepreneurs who have traditionally lacked access to advanced data tools.

Closing the gap between sales and finance

Prow allows business owners to connect their existing software tools and receive instant, plain-language answers to key financial and operational questions. With QuickBooks Online now live, users can generate real-time reports, track expenses and cash flow, and monitor performance without relying on spreadsheets or manual data exports.

“Expanding from WooCommerce to QuickBooks in just weeks demonstrates the strength of our team and the opportunity ahead,” said Sir Steven Saxton, Founder and Chairman of Prow. “We’re addressing a massive market of more than 30 million SMBs in the U.S. who are underserved when it comes to actionable, real-time financial intelligence.”

Katherine Saxton, Co-Founder and Chief Experience & AI Officer, added: “Small businesses shouldn’t have to settle for disconnected tools and incomplete data. With QuickBooks now live, we’re closing the gap between sales and finance. Entrepreneurs can finally get a clear, auditable picture of their business without waiting on spreadsheets or outside reports.”

Designed for accuracy and compliance

The platform’s AI engine is built with a focus on deterministic accuracy, auditability and compliance, setting it apart from many generative AI tools that prioritise speed over precision. Prow says this ensures that the insights provided are both reliable and verifiable.

The company is targeting industries where timely, accurate financial data is critical, including logistics, manufacturing, retail, software and real estate.

Free access for early users

Early Beta participants will continue to benefit from free access to the platform, personalised onboarding, and the chance to shape Prow’s product development roadmap.

Key features in the current Beta include:

  • Real-time QuickBooks Online integration
  • WooCommerce support
  • AI-powered queries in plain language
  • Dynamic investor-ready reporting
  • Free access during the Beta period

By broadening its integrations, Prow aims to become a centralised hub for SMBs looking to unify sales, finance and operations into a single, transparent data layer.
