As temperatures rise across the Gulf, Grand Millennium Muscat is inviting families to experience a refreshing take on summer travel, rolling out its Hala Summer campaign with generous offers and enriching experiences that cater to all ages.

Positioned in the heart of Oman’s capital, the hotel’s latest initiative promises not just a stay, but a memorable seasonal escape where luxury meets learning. The campaign includes up to 20% off on stays, an extra 15% discount for MyMillennium members, and a host of family-friendly perks. Children under 12 stay and dine free with a paying adult, receive a summer welcome treat, and enjoy access to the rooftop pool — making this a truly family-first getaway.

Guests arriving for weekend stays (Thursday to Saturday) benefit from a complimentary room upgrade. For longer retreats of four nights or more, the hotel is offering an enticing package: complimentary drinks or snacks, dining discounts of up to 50% at Bahriyat Restaurant, 20% off laundry, and 10% off airport transfers.

But the crown jewel of the summer experience is the hotel’s elegant Pool Villas — expansive three- and four-bedroom private residences with their own swimming pools and direct mall access. Designed with both intimacy and indulgence in mind, these villas offer tailored culinary services, spacious common areas, and the luxury of complete privacy.

Beyond its upscale accommodations, the hotel is also making a mark with its Hospitality Turtles Summer Camp. Open to children aged 5 to 10 and running until 21 August, the camp blends entertainment with education. Young participants explore behind-the-scenes hotel operations — from making beds and pizzas to learning about safety, engineering basics, and first aid. Every child who joins for a week receives a Hospitality Turtle T-shirt and certificate of participation.

Commenting on the initiative, Mr. Glenn Nobbs, Cluster General Manager at Grand Millennium Muscat, said:

“The idea behind our summer campaign is simple. We want to give families — from within Oman and across the region — the opportunity to relax and reconnect, while children enjoy enriching experiences in a safe, playful environment.”

With Oman emerging as a cooler, cultural alternative for summer travel in the GCC, Grand Millennium Muscat’s Hala Summer initiative combines luxury, value, and purpose. It’s a bold step that places family well-being and experiential hospitality at the heart of the season.

The Hala Summer offers and Hospitality Turtles Summer Camp are valid until 30 September 2025.
