Ford Middle East and North Africa unveiled the 2026 Ford Everest at the Liwa International Festival, highlighting a new V6 engine developed for the region and presenting the Everest Tremor to local audiences for the first time.

Ravi Ravichandran, President, Ford Middle East and North Africa, said:
” The unveiling of the 2026 Ford Everest marks a new chapter for Ford in the region under our Ready.Set.Ford. direction. For more than 40 years, we’ve listened to our customers across the Middle East, and the new Everest reflects what they expect from a modern SUV: capability, everyday comfort, and advanced technology—ready for the city, the highway, and the dunes.”

At the centre of the update is a Middle East-exclusive 2.7L V6 EcoBoost engine. It delivers 355 horsepower and 500 Nm of torque and works with a 10-speed automatic gearbox. The powertrain supports off-road driving, highway use, and heavy loads under tough conditions.

Ford confirmed that the 2026 Everest range now includes Active, Sport, Platinum, and Tremor variants. The wider lineup allows customers to select different levels of equipment while accessing V6 performance.

The Everest Tremor was introduced as a model designed for off-road use. It includes 17-inch all-terrain tyres and Bilstein suspension, adding hardware aimed at rough terrain and desert driving.

The Tremor badge now covers several Ford vehicles in the region, including the F-150 Tremor and Expedition Tremor. The Everest Tremor adds another option for families who want off-road ability without losing everyday practicality.

Ford also launched its new regional brand message, Ready. Set. Ford., during the event. The identity reflects Ford’s view of driving as part of daily life and its focus on vehicles built for real conditions.

Ford Middle East and North Africa used the Liwa event to underline more than 40 years of activity in the region and its continued work on vehicles suited to both urban and off-road use.

Disclaimer: “Class-leading” horsepower and torque figures are pending final GSO certification.
