Dubai South launches digital business hub

Dubai South, the region’s largest single-urban master development, has announced the launch of the Dubai South Business Hub (DSBH), a new digital-first free zone platform designed to simplify and accelerate business setup.

Located within the Dubai South Business Park, the hub combines same-day licensing with end-to-end digital applications, giving entrepreneurs, SMEs and global enterprises the ability to establish companies fully online.

Digital-first company formation

Through the DSBH portal, founders can complete their applications, upload documents, and access one-click services covering licensing, visas, renewals and compliance. The streamlined model is aimed at reducing traditional paperwork and creating a faster, founder-focused process.

Beyond setup, businesses also gain access to the Beyond Hub platform, a suite of services that includes corporate banking, VAT and accounting support, government liaison, visa processing, and family relocation assistance.

The aim is to enable companies not only to launch quickly but also to scale and remain fully compliant from their first day of operation.

Integrated ecosystem

As part of Dubai South’s broader development, companies based in the hub benefit from links to banks, government agencies, and the infrastructure of Dubai South itself, which includes transport connectivity and world-class facilities.

Officials say the combination of digital-first tools with personalised customer support sets a new benchmark for free zone operations in the UAE.

Leadership comments

Nabil Al Kindi, CEO of Dubai South Properties, said the launch demonstrated the organisation’s commitment to building a supportive business environment.

“The launch of the Dubai South Business Hub reinforces our commitment to creating an enabling environment that supports the ambitions of our partners and clients,” he said.

“By combining innovation, speed, and flexibility, we are setting a new benchmark for business support services in the UAE and beyond.”

Positioning for growth

The DSBH launch comes at a time when the UAE continues to expand its appeal as a global hub for entrepreneurship and investment. By focusing on a digital-first model, Dubai South is targeting founders who seek speed, efficiency and cost-effective solutions.

With its integrated services, global connectivity and future-focused design, the Dubai South Business Hub is expected to position itself as a preferred destination for businesses aiming to expand in one of the world’s most dynamic economies.
