Al Nafourah Garden Reopens with New Menu in Doha

Hyatt Regency Oryx Doha has officially reopened Al Nafourah Garden, its signature alfresco dining venue, following a major refurbishment that blends Mediterranean charm with Middle Eastern warmth. The relaunch introduces not only a fresh new look but also an elevated dining experience led by the hotel’s acclaimed Chef Raed.

Located in the heart of Qatar’s capital, the revamped Al Nafourah Garden offers a tranquil outdoor setting where lush greenery meets contemporary design. Enhanced lighting and upgraded seating contribute to a serene and welcoming ambiance, ideal for relaxing dinners, casual social gatherings, or winding down after work.

At the centre of the reopening is an all-new menu curated by Chef Raed, whose culinary vision pays homage to regional flavours while adding a modern flair. Guests can expect bold Mediterranean and Levantine dishes such as Hummus Beiruti, spiced Lamb Kofta Wraps, Orfali served with Orzo Rice, and a decadent Charcoal-Grilled Kunafa for dessert.

“Our goal was to preserve the soul of Al Nafourah Garden while refining every detail—from the atmosphere to the plate,” said Chef Raed. “This menu is a tribute to the region’s rich culinary heritage, reinterpreted for the modern palate.”

Beyond the cuisine and ambiance, the reopening also marks an expansion of the hotel’s partnership with Qatar Airways Privilege Club. Diners at Al Nafourah Garden, along with those at all Hyatt Regency Oryx Doha food and beverage outlets, in-room dining services, and Club Olympus spa and fitness centre, can now earn and redeem Avios points.

Privilege Club members will earn one Avios for every QAR 4 spent, with a minimum eligible spend of QAR 50, making it more convenient for residents and travellers to convert daily experiences into travel benefits.

Patrick Baptist, General Manager at Hyatt Regency Oryx Doha, expressed enthusiasm for the reopening and the continued collaboration with Qatar’s national airline. “We’re thrilled to reintroduce Al Nafourah Garden as a vibrant outdoor venue where people can connect over great food and exceptional service,” he said. “Our partnership with Qatar Airways Privilege Club only enhances this experience, offering guests more value for their loyalty.”

With its strategic location near Hamad International Airport and the city’s business and cultural hubs, the hotel aims to attract a diverse clientele—from Doha residents seeking an urban retreat to international guests on a culinary journey.

Reservations for Al Nafourah Garden can be made online via www.hyattregencyoryxdoha.com, where guests can explore the new menu, event offerings, and loyalty programme details.

As Doha continues to develop as a global destination, venues like Al Nafourah Garden serve as a reminder of the city’s ability to honour tradition while embracing modern hospitality.
