Alpago Group has launched Curve DiLusso, a beachfront villa on Palm Jumeirah priced at AED 95 million. The property is designed as a private residence and includes five bedroom suites, leisure facilities, and direct access to the shoreline.

Alpago Design & Build, part of Alpago Group, has completed Curve DiLusso, a new residential villa on Palm Jumeirah. The project reflects the firm’s approach to high-end residential design, combining architectural structure with detailed interior delivery.

Situated on Frond C, the villa spans three levels and sits within a landscaped beachfront plot. A central marble wall defines the interior layout and extends vertically through the property. This feature is constructed from individually crafted marble elements and forms a focal point across all floors. Interior materials include porcelain flooring, oak chevron parquet, sculpted stone, and textured finishes, creating a cohesive and calm environment.

Speaking on the unveiling, Syed Azeem Mehroz, Group CEO and CFO at Alpago Group, commented, “Curve DiLusso embodies the Group’s philosophy of luxury with intention, where perfection is a norm and it translates into exceptional projects. This villa is not simply a residence; it is a sculpture designed for living, celebrating detail, precision, and the enduring beauty of timeless design.”

The villa offers 7,496 sq. ft. (696 sq. m.) of built-up area. The second floor is dedicated to a super master bedroom, while two additional master bedrooms and two guest suites are distributed across the home. The layout includes a private cinema, gym, and connected living and dining areas. A spiral staircase links all floors, and large glazed openings frame views of the sea and surrounding landscape.

Curved architectural lines shape the internal flow of the property. Bathrooms use a range of natural marbles in cool tones, with many elements carved from solid stone blocks to preserve material character and depth.

The residence includes a private elevator, staff quarters, a full kitchen, and a dedicated cinema room. Outdoor areas feature terraces and an infinity pool positioned to overlook the Palm Jumeirah skyline.

The architectural form was developed by Italian design house Pininfarina, whose work is recognised for clean lines and sculptural balance. Alpago Design & Build delivered the construction and interior execution.

Furniture and fittings are sourced from European manufacturers including Antonio Luppi, Henge, Matteo Gennari, Rimadesio, Molteni, Galotti & Radice, Gessi, Reflex, Laura Meroni, Paolo Castelli, Bonaldo, B&B Italia, Baxter, and Poliform. These selections create continuity across all spaces.

Joinery, kitchens, and storage systems are produced by Molteni & Dada and paired with Miele appliances. Lighting is supplied by Henge, Vibia, Bomma, Foscarini, and Leucos to support both functional use and spatial clarity.

Curve DiLusso becomes part of Alpago Design & Build’s established project portfolio in Dubai, which includes Sole Mare, Vivid Walls Apartment, The Curved Mansion, and Ethereal Enclave. The firm manages projects through a single integrated process covering design, construction, and fit-out.

The villa is available for private viewing and is listed at AED 95 million.
