In a move that blends travel, creativity, and learning, Accor Waterfront Properties has partnered with Nikon to launch Createcation: Dubai Deira Gold Summer Edition — a hosted summer staycation curated exclusively for budding content creators.

Running from August 2–3, 2025, the experience spans six properties in Old Dubai, offering participants the chance to craft compelling lifestyle and travel content while enjoying a full-board, two-day escape in the heart of the city’s historic district.

Set against the backdrop of Deira’s vibrant streets and cultural charm, Createcation is more than a social media moment — it’s a carefully designed immersive workshop-meets-holiday.

Participants will stay across venues including Novotel Dubai Gold District, Mercure Dubai Deira, ibis Styles Dubai Deira, Mercure Dubai Gold District, ibis Styles Dubai Gold District, and Aparthotel Adagio Dubai Deira. Each property offers a unique lens on Old Dubai’s dynamic charm — from bustling souks to scenic rooftops.

Equipped with state-of-the-art Nikon gear, creators will take part in guided content sessions, storytelling challenges, and on-site exploration. An exclusive workshop by Suzette Peachy, a noted digital storytelling expert, forms the core of the program, helping attendees elevate their content approach, voice, and production techniques.

The event also promises surprise gifts, curated challenges, and potential digital features on Accor’s platforms — offering rare exposure and credibility to early-career creators.

“This is more than a content trip,” said Ferry Trinidad, Cluster Marketing and Communications Manager. “With Createcation, we’re providing aspiring creators the tools, platform, and inspiration they need to thrive. It’s a celebration of local talent and a step toward nurturing a stronger creator ecosystem in Dubai.”

Aside from skill-building, Createcation offers the comfort of a luxury stay, indulgent dining, and golden-hour creative opportunities. Whether capturing poolside serenity or the heritage of Deira’s alleys, the environment is designed to fuel innovation.

Applicants must submit a sample content video and portfolio to tcapr1903@gmail.com by the deadline. Slots are limited, and selected participants will be notified directly.
