Check Point Software and Microsoft Collaborate to Strengthen AI Security Across Microsoft Copilot Studio

As AI reshapes business environments, Check Point is working alongside Microsoft to support secure agent development enabled by continuous oversight, DLP, and threat prevention technologies.

Check Point® Software Technologies Ltd. (NASDAQ: CHKP), a global cyber security innovator, today revealed a new collaboration with Microsoft aimed at embedding enterprise-grade AI security into Microsoft Copilot Studio. The initiative equips organisations to build and operate generative AI agents with integrated governance, compliance, and ongoing protection woven directly into their creation workflows.

Through this integration, Copilot Studio now benefits from Check Point’s AI Guardrails, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and Threat Prevention systems, extending the company’s holistic AI security framework into the runtime environment. This ensures every agent developed within Copilot Studio receives continuous monitoring and defence, supporting safe and compliant AI adoption.

As businesses expand their use of AI-driven agents to improve efficiency, new vulnerabilities arise — including prompt attacks, accidental exposure of data, inappropriate model behaviour, and regulatory drift. Because these agents interact with sensitive systems and external services, they widen the exposure surface significantly. By enhancing Copilot Studio with Check Point’s runtime security and governance, organisations gain vital control and transparency, enabling them to innovate with confidence.

“The rapid adoption of AI agents brings not only innovation and efficiency, but also new security challenges, particularly around maintaining data integrity and preventing misuse of sensitive information,” said Nataly Kremer, Chief Product Officer at Check Point. “Together with Microsoft, we’re providing advanced continuous protection and governance directly into Microsoft Copilot Studio, ensuring that every AI interaction, including autonomous actions within the enterprise, remains secure, compliant, and aligned with enterprise policies.”

Key capabilities offered include:

  • Runtime AI Guardrails – Real-time protection within Copilot Studio to defend against prompt manipulation, data leaks, and misuse of AI agents
  • Data Loss and Threat Prevention – Integrated DLP and threat-blocking technologies that shield sensitive information across every process and workflow
  • Precision and Scale for Enterprise Use – A unified security package designed for wide-scale adoption, delivering stable performance with low latency
  • Seamless Protection for Productivity – Allows full utilisation of Copilot Studio while ensuring visibility, compliance, and a prevention-first approach to security

“As organizations embrace Microsoft Copilot Studio to build AI agents tailored to their business, security and compliance are paramount,” said David Blyth, VP Engineering, Copilot Studio, Microsoft. “Our relationship with Check Point helps customers innovate confidently, combining Microsoft’s trusted Copilot platform with Check Point’s prevention-first AI security to keep sensitive data and AI workflows protected by design.”

This collaboration further cements Check Point’s leadership in safeguarding the AI-enabled enterprise, marking an important milestone in its commitment to protecting the entire AI lifecycle — from development and deployment to everyday organisational use.
