Azizi Developments, one of the UAE’s leading private real estate developers, has announced that construction of its landmark project, Rêve, has now reached 56% completion. The high-profile development is part of the fourth phase of Riviera, Azizi’s French Mediterranean-inspired waterfront community in Mohammed Bin Rashid City (MBR City), Meydan.

According to the latest update, the development has achieved 94% of its structural build, while blockwork has reached 74%, internal plastering 66%, and tiling 30%. Work on HVAC systems is at 48%, MEP systems at 42%, and façade installation at 18%, while external works stand at 55%. Overall finishes are now 32% complete, with 3,900 workers on site to ensure the project progresses on schedule.

Landmark in the making

Farhad Azizi, Group CEO of Azizi Developments, said Rêve’s steady progress underscored the company’s ambition to create developments that combine luxury living with long-term value.

“The progress at Rêve underscores our resolve to deliver not just homes, but landmarks of design, quality, and enduring value,” he said. “Each milestone moves us closer to handing over a development that will stand as a defining centrepiece of Riviera and a lasting benchmark in Dubai’s real estate landscape.”

Riviera: A French-Mediterranean lifestyle in Dubai

Riviera, the wider master development, features 75 mid- and high-rise buildings with about 16,000 residences. Inspired by the French-Mediterranean way of life, Riviera combines architecture, retail, leisure, and green spaces to offer residents more than just homes.

The community is designed around three main districts:

  • A retail boulevard, offering shops and dining experiences.
  • A lagoon walk, stretching along a 2.7km swimmable crystal lagoon, lined with artisan eateries and boutiques.
  • Les Jardins, a vast landscaped social space for community gatherings.

Luxury meets lifestyle

Rêve itself is positioned as Riviera’s most prestigious development. It is set to feature striking façades, lavish entrances with cascading waterfalls, Calacatta Sponda marble flooring, frameless floor-to-ceiling windows, and state-of-the-art smart home automation systems. Amenities include fully equipped gyms, two swimming pools, saunas, steam rooms, and children’s play areas.

The community’s centrepiece is the vast 2.7km crystal lagoon, spanning over 130,000 square metres and filled with more than 51.5 million gallons of clear, desalinated water. Residents will be able to swim, sunbathe, or stroll along its beach-like shores, with boutique shops and artisan eateries close at hand.

A defining benchmark

With its blend of luxury interiors, high-end services such as valet and carwash facilities, and panoramic views of Dubai’s skyline, Rêve is expected to stand out as one of Azizi’s flagship projects.

Azizi Developments has invited prospective buyers and investors to explore its Sales Gallery at the Conrad Hotel on Sheikh Zayed Road, where further information on Rêve and the wider Riviera project is available.

As Dubai’s real estate market continues to thrive, Rêve’s progress signals the emirate’s enduring appeal for both residents and global investors seeking lifestyle and value in one package.
