Azizi Developments, one of the UAE’s leading private real estate developers, has announced the launch of a new residential development, Azizi Abraham, within the Jebel Ali Free Zone (JAFZA), marking a rare opportunity for freehold ownership in the heart of one of the world’s largest logistics and trade hubs.

Set along Sheikh Zayed Road and adjacent to a major metro line, Azizi Abraham promises seamless connectivity to key destinations including Dubai Marina, Expo City, Al Maktoum International Airport, and Ibn Battuta Mall. The location places residents within reach of over 100 Fortune Global 500 companies operating in JAFZA, making it especially appealing to professionals and families seeking well-connected urban living.

Azizi Abraham will feature a mix of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments with contemporary design and a wide range of lifestyle amenities. These include rooftop infinity pools, a modern cinema, a fully equipped gym, children’s play areas, saunas, jacuzzies, steam rooms, BBQ spaces, and landscaped jogging and cycling tracks.

Farhad Azizi, CEO of Azizi Developments, said the project is designed to meet the demands of Dubai’s rapidly growing and diverse population. “Azizi Abraham reflects our commitment to developing strategically located, future-ready communities. With its vibrant design, luxurious offerings, and superb connectivity, it caters to ambitious individuals and families seeking convenience at the heart of Dubai’s trade and transport corridor.”

The project represents one of the few freehold residential offerings in JAFZA, a zone typically reserved for commercial operations. This exclusivity is expected to attract a wide range of investors and homebuyers looking for capital appreciation and rental income potential in an established economic zone.

Azizi Abraham builds on the developer’s existing portfolio of prominent residential projects across Dubai, including developments in Palm Jumeirah, MBR City, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai South, Al Furjan, and Studio City.

The official launch event is scheduled for Thursday, 7 August 2025, from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, at the Grand Ballroom of the Conrad Hotel on Sheikh Zayed Road. The event will offer investors and prospective buyers a first look at unit layouts, pricing, and investment benefits.

Azizi’s dedicated Sales Gallery is also located on the 13th floor of the Conrad Hotel, offering visitors a chance to explore models and speak with sales consultants.

With the launch of Azizi Abraham, the developer continues to expand its footprint across Dubai while contributing to the city’s vision of integrated, transit-oriented, and sustainable urban living.
