Azizi Developments, one of the UAE’s leading private real estate developers, has announced the launch of Azizi Ameer and Azizi Sakandar, two modern residential projects located in the high-growth area of Al Furjan, Dubai.

The dual launch reinforces Azizi’s role in shaping the landscape of Al Furjan, a community known for its strategic location, strong connectivity, and family-oriented lifestyle offerings.

Azizi Ameer offers a curated selection of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments within walking distance of the metro and a short drive from major business districts and leisure destinations. With a focus on both design and functionality, the development features refined architecture, premium interiors, and lifestyle amenities such as a modern gym, private cinema, landscaped walkways, and separate pools for adults and children. Residents will also benefit from indoor play areas, ample parking, and 24-hour security.

Launching alongside Ameer, Azizi Sakandar introduces 218 residences across 12 levels, comprising studios, one-, and two-bedroom apartments. The development is tailored to modern families, featuring a gym, sauna, steam room, cinema, swimming pools, and indoor and outdoor children’s play zones. The building also includes ground-floor retail, dedicated parking, a chiller-free environment, and a multipurpose hall, aimed at fostering a holistic and community-focused lifestyle.

“We are pleased to announce the launch of our latest developments in Al Furjan, one of Dubai’s most rapidly growing and desired communities,” said Farhad Azizi, Group CEO of Azizi Group.
“Each of these residences reflects the growing demand for thoughtfully designed, well-connected, and amenity-rich living spaces. We are proud to continue shaping this vibrant area with a focus on long-term value and lifestyle enhancement.”

Strategically located, both Ameer and Sakandar offer seamless access to Dubai’s major highways and transport infrastructure, including Sheikh Zayed Road, Discovery Gardens Metro Station, and key destinations such as Expo City Dubai, The Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Marina, and Ibn Battuta Mall.

The developments are part of Azizi’s expanding portfolio in Al Furjan, which has become a preferred residential destination due to its proximity to infrastructure, modern living standards, and strong investment potential.

Interested buyers and investors can visit Azizi Developments’ Sales Gallery located on the 13th floor of the Conrad Hotel, Sheikh Zayed Road.
