Azizi Developments has revealed a major partnership with Scheidt & Bachmann Middle East, the regional subsidiary of the long-established German technology firm, to develop and install an innovative parking management system at Burj Azizi, which is set to become the world’s second-tallest skyscraper.
Based in Germany and supported by over a century and a half of technological expertise, Scheidt & Bachmann is a global pioneer in mobility and access management solutions. Its advanced parking systems operate in leading international airports, major retail complexes and landmark developments worldwide, offering automated processes, digital transactions and enhanced operational insights.
Through this collaboration, Azizi Developments reinforces its ambition to equip its landmark projects with the highest calibre of technology. The Scheidt & Bachmann system will optimise on-site mobility, improve parking efficiency and deliver a streamlined digital-first experience for all users through sophisticated automation and integrated digital controls.
Mr. Farhad Azizi, Group CEO of Azizi Group, said: “Our newly formed partnership with Scheidt & Bachmann Middle East aligns perfectly with our objective of integrating the latest proven technologies into every aspect of Burj Azizi. Their world-class systems and established expertise will ensure the tower’s operations are efficient, sustainable, and user centric. As one of Dubai’s most iconic landmarks, Burj Azizi is designed to set new benchmarks in engineering, innovation, and lifestyle. This new signing brings us one step closer to realizing that vision.”
Expected to be completed in 2029, the striking 725-metre, 140-storey structure will house an extensive variety of residential apartments, hotel suites, retail outlets and entertainment venues. The mall will showcase an array of leading luxury fashion brands, while the residential floors will offer refined one-, two- and three-bedroom homes. A dedicated amenities floor every 20 levels will provide swimming pools, sauna and steam facilities, a fully equipped gym and yoga studio, a spa, gaming rooms featuring billiards, chess and table tennis, a business lounge, a cinema, dining options, a café and a supermarket. Above these tiers, lavish penthouses from one to five bedrooms will benefit from exclusive access and separate lobby areas.
Higher up the tower, an opulent all-suite seven-star hotel will introduce new benchmarks for global hospitality. Inspired by seven cultural traditions – Arabic, Chinese, Persian, Indian, Turkish, French and Russian – the hotel will include themed restaurants, a signature Emirati eatery, a grand ballroom and a premium beach club.
Burj Azizi is on track to set multiple global records, including the highest observation deck at level 130, highest hotel lobby at level 111, highest nightclub at level 126, highest restaurant at level 122 and highest hotel room at level 118. At its peak, a dedicated museum will document the tower’s development through multimedia exhibits showcasing imagery, videos and graphic installations.
Clients and interested visitors can explore Azizi Developments’ offerings at the Sales Gallery on the 13th floor of the Conrad Hotel on Sheikh Zayed Road.
