Al Hamra Real Estate Company has announced the return of the Al Hamra Career Fair, with its second edition scheduled for 17 and 18 September 2025 at the Al Hamra Shopping Center in Kuwait City.

Organised in collaboration with Zone, the team behind the “Watheefti Career Fair,” the event builds on the strong momentum of its debut, which attracted more than 7,000 visitors and over 20 leading organisations. This year’s expanded fair is expected to offer an even broader range of career opportunities, networking platforms, and insights into Kuwait’s evolving job market.

Expanding opportunities

The fair will connect jobseekers with employers from across a wide spectrum of industries, including retail, banking, technology, healthcare, and the public sector. The Public Authority of Manpower (PAM) will once again play a key role by providing direct access to employment opportunities for local talent, reinforcing its mission to empower Kuwait’s workforce.

With Kuwait aiming to diversify its economy under Vision 2035, organisers say the fair reflects a growing demand for skills across both traditional and emerging industries. In addition to large corporations, visitors will also have the chance to meet with innovative startups, underscoring the country’s efforts to encourage entrepreneurship and private-sector growth.

Supporting national talent

Mr. Abdulaziz Mohammed Al Duwaihi, Marketing and Public Relations Manager at Al Hamra Real Estate Company, described the initiative as more than a simple recruitment drive.

“The Al Hamra Career Fair is not just a recruitment initiative—it is a proud extension of Al Hamra’s role as a thriving business hub that seamlessly brings together commerce, innovation, and lifestyle in one of Kuwait’s most iconic landmarks,” he said.

He added that the fair demonstrates Al Hamra’s commitment to empowering organisations and talent alike, while shaping a vibrant and competitive future in line with Kuwait’s long-term economic strategy.

Networking and access

The two-day event will feature an expanded lineup of companies and promises to deliver richer networking experiences and more direct engagement with decision-makers. Organisers emphasise that visitors can expect exclusive insights into emerging job markets, alongside practical opportunities to connect with recruiters and industry leaders.

The fair will be open daily from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., with free access available to all participants through registration on the Watheefti app.

Career growth hub

For fresh graduates, the Al Hamra Career Fair provides a valuable first step into the job market, while seasoned professionals can explore opportunities for career advancement or industry shifts. By bringing together leading employers and ambitious professionals under one roof, the initiative reinforces Al Hamra’s position as both a business and community hub in Kuwait.

As the event enters its second year, expectations are high that it will surpass the impact of its inaugural edition, further cementing its place as a key date in the country’s recruitment calendar.
