The Kayan Wellness Festival will return to Abu Dhabi from 6 to 8 February 2026 for its second edition. Hosted on Fahid Island, the festival continues to support the emirate’s long-term vision for wellbeing, sustainability, and healthy living.

The three-day event brings together wellness professionals from across the world to deliver a programme focused on movement, reflection, and practical health tools. Sessions are built around the themes of mind, body, and soul, offering structured experiences for people at different stages of their wellness journey.

The 2026 programme features a mix of international speakers and regional practitioners. Sessions focus on mental focus, physical strength, recovery, and balance. Entry is available through day passes starting at AED 275, with options to attend for one day or the full event.

The festival site is organised into eight zones. Each zone offers a distinct experience. The Mind Amphitheatre hosts talks and panel discussions. The Body Zone provides structured movement sessions. The Soul Space focuses on slower practices such as meditation, sound therapy, and breathwork.

Music and shared moments form part of the programme through The Heart, which brings people together in a communal setting.

The Longevity Hub returns with an expanded focus on health technology and applied wellness science. Visitors can explore tools, devices, and research-led discussions that address long-term quality of life.

The Feel Good Market offers wellness retail and food options that support a balanced lifestyle. Premium pass holders have access to the Premium Lounge, which includes rest areas, refreshments, priority access to selected sessions, and limited speaker interactions.

Children and families are supported through the Kids’ Hideout. This area offers creative play, guided activities, and workshops designed to introduce wellbeing concepts in a family-friendly setting.

Kayan Wellness Festival forms part of Fahid Island’s wider development as a wellness-focused coastal destination. The event also aligns with national wellbeing and longevity strategies.

Passes start from AED 275. The full schedule will be released shortly, with sessions available to book through the official Kayan Wellness Festival website, covering yoga, pilates, breathwork, sound healing, somatic practices, and expert talks.
