Dubai Peninsula is preparing to redefine contemporary luxury in Dubai, offering a rare waterfront destination crafted with exceptional attention to design. Owned by Bright Start and developed by H&H, this unique stretch of the Jumeirah coastline has been conceived as an immersive landscape where architecture, hospitality, culture and nature come together in harmony. With the introduction of Aman and Rosewood, and additional celebrated names soon to join, Dubai Peninsula is positioned as one of the world’s most thoughtfully curated and culturally rich resort destinations.

Situated next to the Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach, Jumeirah Bay and Dubai Canal, the development unveils a composition of sculptural forms, open air and changing light. To one side, a premier superyacht marina becomes the social focal point, framed by landscaped boulevards, artisan studios, boutique brands and a selection of dining spaces. Aman’s debut includes an all-suite waterfront hotel crafted by Kerry Hill Architects, together with the peaceful Aman Spa, a private Aman Club, several dining experiences and exclusive Aman Residences.

Opposite the marina, a sweeping natural beach arcs along the shoreline, offering a calm yet vibrant setting complete with a refined beach club and panoramic views. Rosewood’s first appearance in Dubai will present a hotel and residences featuring a private beach, an elegant seaside beach club, four signature dining experiences and a full wellness centre.

At the core of the destination sits an expansive parkland, designed with shaded walkways to create a pedestrian-friendly refuge that blends nature and urban life. Carefully curated leisure areas connect the natural environment with cultural, social and architectural elements, promoting a lifestyle centred on well-being and harmonious design.

The project is shaped by a collective of revered international designers including Jean-Michel Gathy, Richard Rogers, Kerry Hill, Bjarke Ingels, Hopkins, Banda and Joyce Wang. Their combined expertise ensures a masterplan defined by sophistication, innovation and enduring architectural presence.

Shahab Lutfi, Chief Executive Officer of Bright Start, said: “Dubai Peninsula embodies our vision for a new era of living in the city. Iconic and timeless, defined by exceptional hospitality and poised to leave a legacy in the region, it will inspire today and endure as a defining landmark in Dubai.”

Miltos Bosinis, Chief Executive Officer of H&H, commented: “Dubai Peninsula is the perfect representation of H&H’s vision to set a new benchmark for upscale living by creating transformative developments and introducing the most recognized hospitality brands to the city. Every element of Dubai Peninsula reflects our pursuit of excellence, innovation, and creation, delivering an aspirational lifestyle that is unprecedented in the market.”
