Renowned Dubai developer Sharafi Development has launched Marea Residences, a new luxury residential project positioned on Dubai Islands. Combining sophisticated architecture with a relaxed coastal ambience, Marea is set to emerge as one of the emirate’s most desirable new waterfront communities.

Building on a century-long heritage of excellence, Sharafi Development has created Marea as a G+2+12 beachfront building comprising stylish one and two-bedroom residences, along with a select range of penthouses. Each home features expansive sea-facing terraces and interior design inspired by modern European aesthetic principles.

“Marea is the culmination of Sharafi Development’s long-standing commitment to Dubai’s growth story,” said Abdollah Albastaki, Head of Sharafi Development. “We’ve drawn from our legacy of precision and exclusivity to create a residential masterpiece that captures the essence of island living while offering the comfort and sophistication our clients expect from a Sharafi property.”

The development offers an array of premium lifestyle amenities such as an elevated infinity pool, tranquil private garden areas, thoughtfully designed wellness spaces, a fully equipped fitness centre and dedicated concierge services – all curated to mirror a luxury resort lifestyle.

Marea’s location provides swift access to central Dubai, key airports, and major retail destinations including the forthcoming Dubai Islands Mall, whilst preserving the calm and seclusion associated with coastal living.

Metropolitan Premium Properties (MPP) has been selected as the exclusive sales and marketing partner for the project.

Mohab Samak, Executive Director & Head of the Master Agency Services Division at Metropolitan Premium Properties, commented: “We are proud to partner with Sharafi Development on this exceptional project. Marea represents a new benchmark for refined waterfront living, perfectly aligned with Dubai’s next wave of real estate growth on Dubai Islands. At Metropolitan, we have a team that specializes in providing developers with complete, turnkey sales solutions, from strategic pricing and positioning to full sell-out execution. Our track record in successfully marketing and selling landmark projects across the UAE gives us full confidence that Marea’s units will be met with exceptional demand from both local and international buyers. The combination of Sharafi’s legacy of quality and our market expertise creates a winning formula for another sell-out success.”

Pricing for one-bedroom homes begins at AED 2.6 million, complemented by a flexible 40/30/30 payment plan and post-handover advantages including two years of complimentary property management and one year of free maintenance.
