  • noon Minutes services will be accessible directly via the Jahez app, while Jahez restaurant delivery options will be integrated into the noon app
  • Partnership combines Jahez’s 50,000+ restaurant network with noon’s extensive quick-commerce logistics to support broader coverage and faster delivery

Jahez International Company for Information System Technology (“Jahez”, or the “Group”, 6017 on the Saudi Exchange’s TASI – Main Market), one of the GCC’s leading platforms for on-demand services, and noon, a leading regional digital ecosystem and one of Saudi Arabia’s fastest-growing quick-commerce providers, have announced a strategic collaboration aimed at advancing convenience for customers across the Kingdom.

Through this partnership, a new “noon Minutes” tile will appear in the Jahez app, providing customers with seamless access to noon’s rapid delivery service and its broad catalogue of everyday products. Orders will be fulfilled through noon Minutes’ network of purpose-built dark stores across key Saudi cities.

Simultaneously, noon users in Saudi Arabia will be able to order from Jahez’s extensive selection of restaurants directly through the noon platform. Jahez will oversee the full delivery and operational process, covering its network of over 50,000 restaurants spanning more than 100 cities nationwide.

The agreement allows Jahez to extend its reach within the quick-commerce space while utilising a capital-efficient model. For noon, the partnership strengthens its food delivery portfolio, expanding its restaurant selection and extending service coverage. Combined, both platforms will benefit from increased customer interaction, higher order frequency, and enhanced long-term loyalty.

For customers, the integrated experience offers more choice, greater convenience, and faster service across both applications, while Jahez and noon continue to operate independently and uphold their service and brand standards.

Existing Jahez Prime and noon One members will retain all of their current benefits, including free delivery across both services.

Mr. Ghassab Bin Mandeel, CEO of Jahez, commented:

“Our partnership with noon represents a pivotal step in Jahez’s evolution beyond food delivery, reinforcing our vision to enhance our customers’ lifestyle and connecting us with an even broader community of users across Saudi Arabia. By combining noon’s extensive quick commerce capabilities with Jahez’s strong food delivery network, we are creating a unified ecosystem that delivers greater value, convenience, and selection to customers.”

Mr. Faraz Kahlid, CEO of noon, added:

“This partnership moves us closer to our mission of serving every customer, every day. We’re proud to partner with Jahez, a much-loved and respected Saudi company that shares our values of speed, quality, and trust. By integrating their food delivery network into the noon app, and bringing noon Minutes to the Jahez platform, we’re building something bigger together – a faster, stronger, and more connected commerce network for the Kingdom”

Availability will roll out in phases – noon Minutes within the Jahez app in November 2025, followed by Jahez within the noon app in December 2025.
