WHOOP, the human performance company, has introduced WHOOP Advanced Labs, a new feature that integrates blood testing with continuous wearable data for a more complete view of health. Members can either upload past bloodwork or schedule WHOOP’s curated lab panel, which tests a wide range of biomarkers.
Since its preview in May, over 350,000 members have joined the waitlist, underscoring strong demand. The feature is rolling out today in the US, with global expansion planned.
Founder and CEO Will Ahmed described it as a bridge between lab diagnostics and 24/7 monitoring, enabling members to see how biomarkers connect with daily behaviors in real time. The product was developed with the WHOOP Medical Advisory Board, including experts such as Dr. Hazel Wallace, who praised the tool for making lab insights more actionable for individuals. Endurance athlete Rich Roll also highlighted its potential for early health intervention.
Core benefits include biomarker testing, clinician-reviewed results, AI-driven daily coaching, and progress tracking to link lifestyle changes with measurable health improvements.
WHOOP Advanced Labs offers two options:
- Upload any existing bloodwork into the app for free to centralize results.
- Book curated blood tests via the app through Quest Diagnostics in the US, with subscription options ranging from $199 for one test to $599 for four annually.
The initiative aligns with WHOOP’s long-term mission of adding One Billion Healthy Years to human lives by extending healthspan. By combining biomarkers, wearable insights, and AI-powered coaching, WHOOP aims to deliver a proactive and personalized health operating system.
