Waldorf Astoria Residences Ras Al Khaimah has unveiled the Sky Palace, a palatial triplex residence spanning the 21st to 23rd floors of its luxury property. Rising above the Arabian Gulf, it is the only triplex Sky Palace in Ras Al Khaimah and has already earned the title of the emirate’s most expensive residence.

Priced at AED 130 million (around USD 35 million), the Sky Palace combines architectural distinction with world-class hospitality to redefine elevated living in the region. With soaring double-height spaces, panoramic sea views, and meticulously crafted interiors, the property is designed as a benchmark for ultra-luxury residential offerings in the UAE.

Exclusive Privileges
The residence is equipped with a series of bespoke amenities designed to provide an unparalleled lifestyle. Among them are:

  • A private internal lift connecting all three levels of the triplex.
  • A VIP lift providing direct access from the ground floor to the 21st floor.
  • An expansive terrace with a private infinity pool and uninterrupted sea views.
  • A wellness suite complete with gym, sauna, Jacuzzi, and steam room.
  • Dedicated butler and concierge services reserved exclusively for the Sky Palace.
  • Priority access to the resort’s facilities, including fine dining venues, award-winning spa, private beach, and yacht club.

A Statement of Refinement
Speaking at the unveiling, Benoy J. Kurien, Al Hamra’s Group Chief Executive Officer, said:

“The Sky Palace is more than a residence — it is a global statement of rarity and refinement. It reflects not only Waldorf Astoria’s legacy of elegance, but also Ras Al Khaimah’s transformation into one of the region’s most desirable destinations for luxury living.”

The project aligns with Ras Al Khaimah’s broader ambition to attract high-net-worth individuals and position itself as a hub for luxury tourism and real estate investment.

A Landmark Investment
As the sole Sky Palace in the emirate, the triplex is aimed at discerning buyers seeking exclusivity, privacy, and long-term value. Beyond its architectural grandeur, Waldorf Astoria and Al Hamra highlight the property as a landmark investment opportunity. With Ras Al Khaimah witnessing rapid growth in luxury real estate, the Sky Palace is expected to stand out as an enduring asset.

The residence also reflects the growing demand for branded residences across the Gulf. According to Knight Frank, branded residences in the UAE have surged in popularity, with international investors drawn to their blend of prestige, convenience, and lifestyle benefits.

Elevating Ras Al Khaimah
The launch of the Sky Palace further enhances Ras Al Khaimah’s profile in the global luxury market. Known for its pristine beaches, mountainous landscapes, and cultural heritage, the emirate has been ramping up efforts to diversify its economy and boost luxury tourism.

By combining Waldorf Astoria’s hospitality with Al Hamra’s real estate expertise, the Sky Palace stands as both a symbol of exclusivity and a testament to the emirate’s ambition.
