Youmi Beauty’s lavish Lake Como wedding turns heads

Lebanese influencer and entrepreneur Youmna Khoury, known to her followers as Youmi Beauty, has tied the knot in an opulent ceremony on the shores of Lake Como, Italy. The event blended high fashion, cultural tradition, and a swirl of public intrigue surrounding the groom’s past.

Khoury, famed for her beauty brand and luxury style, hosted the wedding in a grand Italian palace on Thursday, 7 August. The celebrations drew a select group of social media personalities, celebrities, and dignitaries. Guests were treated to a series of meticulously planned events, including a pre-wedding party where the bride dazzled in an orange ensemble paired with rose-gold Bulgari diamond earrings valued at around $45,000.

On the wedding day, Khoury showcased three distinct bridal looks. Her first gown, a classic Dolce & Gabbana creation, was paired with a diamond necklace and drop earrings from Lebanese jeweller Nsouli, exuding understated elegance. She later changed into a Nicolas Jebran design, accessorised with Bulgari’s iconic Serpenti necklace set with diamonds and emeralds — estimated to be worth $421,398 — along with silver crystal-embellished Rene Caovilla heels costing nearly $1,900.

In keeping with Turkish traditions, the groom’s family presented Khoury with gold jewellery, including a belt and rings, in a moment that added a cultural flourish to the otherwise cosmopolitan celebration.

While the bride’s style choices drew widespread admiration online, attention also turned to the groom, Turkish businessman Gürhan Kızılöz. Khoury initially kept his identity under wraps, referring to him only as “G” in social media posts announcing their engagement in May last year. The mystery fuelled speculation, which intensified when reports surfaced alleging Kızılöz had previously married Lebanese woman Carol Assaf in Beirut in 2022.

According to these reports, photographs of that ceremony were later removed from public view, leading to unconfirmed rumours that Khoury may be his second wife. Neither Khoury nor Kızılöz has addressed the speculation, leaving followers and media outlets to speculate about the timeline of his relationships.

Khoury’s wedding has dominated social media searches in recent days, with her jewellery choices, fashion, and the couple’s backstory generating significant online discussion. For her fans, the event reinforced her image as a style icon with a flair for merging modern glamour with cultural tradition. For others, the unanswered questions about the groom’s past have added a layer of intrigue to an otherwise picture-perfect celebration.

The newlyweds are expected to continue celebrations privately before resuming their public schedules. Whether the speculation about Kızılöz’s past will fade or persist remains to be seen, but for now, Khoury’s Lake Como wedding stands as one of the year’s most talked-about influencer events.
