Shaza Hotels Unveils ‘Summer Smiles’ Offer for Families

As temperatures rise across the Middle East, Shaza Hotels is welcoming travellers with a new seasonal campaign that blends luxury with cultural charm. The “Summer Smiles” offer, launched this week, is designed to encourage families to embrace slow, meaningful travel through immersive experiences inspired by heritage, nature, and connection.

Available across all Shaza and Mysk by Shaza properties, the Summer Smiles offer includes 25% off Best Available Rates (BAR), 50% off additional rooms for children, complimentary stay and dining for kids under 12, and an additional 10% discount for members of the DISCOVERY loyalty programme.

“This isn’t just about rates—it’s about creating space for joy,” said Shaji Abu Salih, Vice President of Business Development and Growth for Shaza Hotels and Mysk by Shaza. “At Shaza, we don’t just curate stays; we craft experiences steeped in heritage. Summer Smiles is an invitation for families to slow down, reconnect, and find delight in the details.”

Drawing inspiration from the Silk Route, each Shaza and Mysk property features timeless architecture, local design elements, and culturally rooted experiences. The brand has hotels across iconic destinations including Oman, Doha, Bahrain, and Madinah, offering guests a combination of traditional hospitality and contemporary elegance.

In line with Shaza’s philosophy, the offer encourages guests to appreciate the gentle rhythm of summer. From birdsong in tranquil courtyards to children splashing through shaded pools, the brand positions its hotels as sanctuaries where families can enjoy moments of stillness and togetherness.

“Whether you’re revisiting a familiar Shaza retreat or discovering us for the first time, this offer is our way of extending warmth, generosity, and joy,” said Abu Salih.

Beyond the promotional pricing, Shaza hopes to attract discerning travellers who value depth over indulgence. The brand’s ethos leans heavily on cultural authenticity, sensory richness, and meaningful human connection—attributes that have earned it a loyal following in the luxury hospitality space.

With travel trends increasingly favouring slower, more intentional journeys, industry analysts suggest the Summer Smiles campaign aligns well with shifting guest expectations. “We’re seeing a rising preference for immersive stays that offer cultural relevance and emotional resonance,” said a regional travel consultant. “Shaza is smart to combine value with storytelling.”

Bookings under the Summer Smiles promotion are now open across Shaza’s portfolio and will be available for a limited period during the summer season. The offer is valid across direct bookings through the brand’s website and select partner platforms.

As the region enters peak holiday season, Shaza’s initiative highlights a growing trend among hospitality brands to move beyond conventional luxury and tap into the emotional and cultural needs of modern travellers. Through Summer Smiles, Shaza is promising more than just a holiday—it’s offering a return to stillness, connection, and joy.
