In a significant move to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency, Dollar Car Rental has announced a strategic partnership with Emirates Roadside Assistance, a subsidiary of Emirates Auctions. This collaboration brings round-the-clock roadside support to Dollar’s rental fleet across the UAE, marking a major step in the company’s ongoing service expansion.

Under the new alliance, 24/7 emergency support services — including breakdown recovery, towing, tire and battery assistance, fuel delivery, and lockout support — will now be seamlessly integrated into Dollar’s customer service offering. The partnership aims to reduce vehicle downtime, enable quicker service recovery, and ensure a safer, more reliable journey for customers.

“This partnership reaffirms our commitment to offering innovative, client-focused solutions,” said Marwan Almulla, General Manager of Dollar Car Rental. “By collaborating with Emirates Roadside Assistance, we can offer faster support and smoother services, making our customers’ journeys safer and more worry-free.”

HE Abdulla Matar Al Mannaei, Chairman of Emirates Roadside Assistance, echoed this sentiment:

“With this collaboration, we aim to provide 24/7 roadside assistance throughout the UAE, ensuring quick response times and enhanced service experiences for all Dollar Car Rental customers.”

The partnership is part of Dollar’s broader strategy to strengthen its position in the regional car rental market, focusing on digital transformation, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

About Emirates Roadside Assistance

A recognized leader in vehicle recovery across the Middle East, Emirates Roadside Assistance operates a fleet of over 750 recovery vehicles and manages a nationwide 24/7 call center. The company is known for leveraging AI-powered dispatch systems to optimize routing and ensure fast, reliable support across all seven emirates.

Its mobile app allows users to request services, track recovery vehicles in real-time, and get digital assistance with a few taps, reinforcing its tech-forward approach to mobility solutions.

Serving both individual drivers and corporate fleets, Emirates Roadside Assistance maintains some of the highest safety and performance standards in the region and continues to grow rapidly in scale and reputation.

This partnership with Dollar Car Rental positions both companies to meet rising expectations in customer care, particularly as mobility services evolve and competition in the car rental industry intensifies.
