Under the patronage of HRH Prince Faisal bin Abdulrahman bin Nasser bin Farhan Al Saud, CEO of the Liajlehum Association, more than 300 people with disabilities and their families took part in the “Ma’an Namshi” (Together We Walk) initiative in Riyadh.

The event, hosted at the Radisson Riyadh Airport Hotel, aimed to strengthen community engagement and inclusion, aligning with Saudi Vision 2030’s commitment to a more vibrant and inclusive society.

Guests were welcomed with Saudi coffee, dates, flowers, and chocolates before joining the “Walking Together” march. The procession saw persons of determination and their families walking side by side in an uplifting display of solidarity.

Following the march, attendees gathered for a dinner at the hotel’s Lune Restaurant, with children later enjoying a movie screening accompanied by games and gifts. The evening concluded with a commemorative shield presented to HRH Prince Faisal in recognition of his patronage.

In a keynote address, Prince Faisal underlined the significance of the initiative in promoting inclusion.
“Your attention and active participation have had a significant impact in promoting values of inclusion and solidarity, offering opportunities for persons with disabilities to be integrated and empowered within meaningful community activities,” he said.
“This initiative stands as a model of effective community partnership and reflects the aspirations of Saudi Vision 2030 for a more vibrant and inclusive society.”

Sahar Saleh, Head of Marketing and PR at Radisson Riyadh Airport Hotel, expressed the hotel’s pride in sponsoring the event.
“We are proud at Radisson Riyadh Airport Hotel to sponsor this inspiring initiative that embodies the values of empowerment and inclusion,” she said.
“We remain committed to supporting community-driven activities that enhance quality of life and highlight the spirit of solidarity within the Kingdom.”

The initiative highlights growing efforts in Saudi Arabia to create inclusive platforms for people with disabilities. Authorities have increasingly prioritised accessibility and empowerment programmes as part of broader reforms, with events such as this seen as crucial steps towards embedding inclusivity into everyday community life.

Radisson Riyadh Airport Hotel said its sponsorship of “Ma’an Namshi” reflects its long-term commitment to corporate social responsibility and supporting initiatives that align with humanitarian values.

Organisers described the event as more than a celebration — a symbol of shared progress. For many participants, it was an opportunity to be recognised not just as attendees, but as integral members of society.

With the active involvement of leadership figures, hospitality partners, and civil society, the “Together We Walk” initiative provided a tangible demonstration of inclusion in action, setting a precedent for future community events across the Kingdom.
