Mary Kay Inc. has unveiled its 2025 Sustainability Report, offering a comprehensive update on the company’s progress toward its 2030 goals and showcasing its wide-ranging efforts across environmental stewardship, women’s empowerment, and economic inclusion.

The report reflects a year of ambitious milestones, reinforcing Mary Kay’s long-standing commitment to sustainability as a core part of its business strategy. The company’s efforts are aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and serve as a benchmark for global stakeholders.

“For over 60 years, our company has championed a business model that empowers women, supports communities, and protects the planet,” said Ryan Rogers, CEO of Mary Kay. “This report reaffirms our commitments and celebrates the measurable, global impact we’re making.”
