Levi’s® and designer Kiko Kostadinov have introduced their second collaborative menswear range, a five-piece collection designed to explore the dialogue between everyday functionality and elevated formal aesthetics.
Denim stands as the foundation of the collection, its textures and cultural connotations connected to the artistic communities that shaped American modernism. The pieces draw inspiration from a time when denim travelled with artists across varied contexts – from working environments to social circles traditionally defined by more conventional dress.
Through this journey, denim came to embody both practicality and subversion, becoming a form of understated rebellion in spaces marked by etiquette, aesthetic norms and social hierarchy.
The new collection engages with this heritage by merging structured tailoring with relaxed silhouettes and purposeful detailing, resulting in garments that feel both grounded and forward-thinking.
The Levi’s® x Kiko Kostadinov Articulate Jacket returns in mid-blue lightweight denim, blending archival references with updated design signatures including reworked pocket placements, subtle elbow tab branding and refined cuff construction.
The matching Articulate Jeans maintain continuity through shared fabric and finish, while introducing enhanced fit structure, redefined knee design, modernised belt loops and special yoke shaping.
Offering a more transitional garment, the Andy Pattern Shirt presents clean lines and a precise silhouette, constructed in a grey-and-white check weave that complements both relaxed and formal looks.
At the more tailored end of the range, the Andy Suit Jacket and Andy Suit Trouser pair black twill fabrication and satin accents with detailed pleating and precise dart shaping, nodding to both Levi’s® Sta-Prest® tailoring legacy and Kostadinov’s architectural approach to menswear.
The collaboration represents a continued study in how tradition and contemporary expression can coexist, reshaping familiar garments to reflect a modern, artistically influenced vision of menswear.
