Majid Al Futtaim, the leading shopping malls, retail, and leisure pioneer across the Middle East, Africa, and Central Asia, has announced the expansion of its long-standing partnership with Abercrombie & Fitch Co. (A&F Co.) for its Abercrombie & Fitch and Hollister brands.

The new agreement significantly broadens the scope of collaboration, granting e-commerce rights across multiple markets and enabling the launch of A&F Co.’s first regional online platforms. Dedicated sites are now live in Saudi Arabia, with Qatar expected to follow in the coming months, alongside additional regional rollouts. Each platform is designed to offer a curated range aligned with local consumer preferences.

The deal also paves the way for brand expansion into Egypt, Jordan, and Lebanon, marking the first entry of Majid Al Futtaim’s Lifestyle business into these countries.

Fran Horowitz, CEO of Abercrombie & Fitch Co., said:
“As we continue to grow our brands globally, our partnership with Majid Al Futtaim remains central to our strategy. We’re proud of the progress we’ve made together and look forward to building on this strong foundation—meeting customers where they are, listening to their needs, and showing up in new and meaningful ways.”

Fahed Ghanim, CEO of Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle, emphasized the strength of the partnership:
“This agreement builds on our 16-year collaboration with Abercrombie & Fitch Co. and reflects our shared commitment to long-term growth in the region. With expanded market access and omnichannel rights, we are now positioned to scale the brands further and deliver a seamless customer experience across the Middle East.”

The expanded agreement follows a strong year for Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle, which reported a 26% revenue increase and a 31% rise in digital sales in 2024. Momentum has continued in 2025, with the opening of 20 new fashion and lifestyle stores in the first half of the year, including an Abercrombie & Fitch store at Solitaire Mall in Riyadh. Additional store openings for both Abercrombie & Fitch and Hollister are planned across the region.

With this latest expansion, Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle now operates 105 stores and 32 e-commerce platforms across its portfolio, underscoring the group’s commitment to strengthening global partnerships, accelerating omnichannel growth, and delivering innovative retail experiences to consumers across the Middle East.

The extended partnership with Abercrombie & Fitch Co. marks a significant step in Majid Al Futtaim’s strategy to consolidate its position as a leading lifestyle retailer while supporting international brands in tapping into the region’s growing demand for accessible yet premium fashion.
