REJO unveils MULTI device with dual-heating system

REJO, a global pioneer in heat-not-burn (HNB) technology, has launched its latest device, REJO MULTI, at InterTabac 2025. The unveiling was one of the exhibition’s most anticipated moments, drawing attention from industry leaders, retailers, and enthusiasts.

The REJO MULTI introduces a dual-heating system, combining AirFlow and Round Heating technologies. According to the company, this innovation is designed to deliver consistent aroma, even heating, and improved nicotine satisfaction.

“REJO MULTI represents a major step forward in HNB technology,” said Loic Li, Global Sales Director at REJO. “Its open compatibility allows users to explore multiple brands and flavours with a single device, while our heating system ensures enhanced performance.”

Weighing just 82 grams, the device features advanced thermal control algorithms, an optimised power management system, and can support up to 40 stick sessions per charge. Preheating is achieved in under 20 seconds, making it convenient for daily use.

The product will be available in Twilight Purple, Aurora Green, and Luminous Grey, with a global launch scheduled for November 2025.

Benefits for users

REJO outlined three key advantages for consumers:

  • Flexibility: One device supports multiple brands and flavours.
  • Efficiency: Dual-heating technology maximises aroma and cloud production, while enabling two sessions per stick in round-heating mode.
  • Portability: A lightweight and ergonomic design tailored for everyday use.

European expansion

The launch follows a milestone year for REJO in Europe. The company introduced its broader portfolio, including TOZE herbal sticks, the REJO HS40 device, and FARSTAR NSCs technology, in Switzerland and Germany. TOZE sticks, inspired by East Asia’s tea traditions, are designed to complement REJO’s devices with consistent, high-quality flavour.

Tibor Braun, Western Europe Manager for REJO, emphasised the strategic importance of the new launch: “Our goal with REJO MULTI is to empower users with choice and flexibility, while providing retailers with a market-ready innovation. This demonstrates our commitment to open innovation and collaborative growth in Europe and beyond.”

The company has also secured essential European regulatory approvals, strengthening its readiness to compete in the expanding HNB market.

Community engagement

REJO has been cultivating its community through the REJO Club, blending online and offline experiences. After hosting its “TENSION” event in Switzerland earlier this year, the firm plans to expand global engagement through local support and partnerships.

At InterTabac, REJO’s R&D Director also joined a panel discussion on the future of HNB technology, underlining the company’s guiding principle: “Stay Courageous. Be Undefined.”

With the launch of REJO MULTI, the company is positioning itself not only as a product innovator but also as a community builder within the alternative smoking sector. Its closing message to consumers was clear: “Take a Break. Take REJO.”
