Dear Abu Dhabi Week,
This is in regard to Abu Dhabi Week (Vol 4 issue 01, 6-12 January 2011) in which a reader had asked for an organisation that collects used electronics in your Reader’s Writes section. Well, I have got one for you, but unfortunately it is not for charitable purposes. Plug-Ins Electronics (Marina Mall, Abu Dhabi) collects used electronic items as part of its 'Go Green' campaign. I hope that this information will be helpful to Mr C. Ya.
Abu Dhabi Week is really a superb magazine and I wish you all the best for the future.

Dear Abu Dhabi Week,
I enjoy listening to new music from local bands. I have been trying for some time to find a location where local bands can play their music, be it rock, indie or whatever. There does not seem to be a live music ‘scene’ in Abu Dhabi. Am I missing something? Do you or any of your readers know of anywhere?
