Chamas
The InterContinental’s Brazilian Churrascaria restaurant is a meat lover’s paradise. Keep your tablemat flipped to green and the waiters will keep on coming with the juiciest cuts of beef, veal and chicken you’ve ever tasted. We love the rump steak (medium rare) and don’t miss the roasted pineapple with cinnamon – it’s to die for!

Jones the Grocer
If you like your Wagyu medium rare and your bun freshly toasted then you can’t go wrong with one of Jones’s burgers. With tangy tomato relish, fresh salad and chunky fries on the side, this is fancy fast food. We recommend taking your time with this one.

Indigo
Forget beef, the order of the day at this Indian eatery at Beach Rotana is lamb – a leg of it to be precise. Slow roasted for seven to eight hours with apples, prunes and cherry tomatoes, this is a pot roast to end all pot roasts. A recipe swiped from Alexander the Great himself, we challenge anyone to walk away from this dish unsatisfied.
