THE SIXTH edition of the popular Wadi Adventure Race (W.A.R.) took place at Al Ain’s Wadi Adventure park this week – attracting the biggest crowds yet to the gruelling 10 kilometre obstacle course challenge.
Around 900 eager participants took part in W.A.R 6 at the park and in the surrounding desert; running, jumping, climbing, crawling, swimming, and pushing their way to the finish line!
Alongside the participants, hundreds of spectators cheered the athletes along, in what was the last race of the ‘season’. The next W.A.R races will be held in November, so there’s plenty of time to get in shape if you’re up to the challenge
