SOMEONE Going rogue on a plane is a terrifying experience for both passengers and spectators alike. And this nail-biting action thriller is no different. Fans of Neeson can see everyone’s favourite all-action Irishman take charge when a flight he is monitoring as a US Air Marshal gets hijacked.
A routine non-stop flight from New York to London quickly turns for the worse when Bill Marks (Neeson) begins receiving threatening text messages from an onboard killer. Demanding $150 million dollars to be transferred to an offshore account, the sinister figure declares one hapless passenger will be killed every twenty minutes until the money is secured.
When the killer makes good on his promise, Marks frantically tries to control the in-flight situation while soliciting help from an array of passengers and staff. All possible suspects themselves, Neeson is in fine form playing the hardened air marshal trying to save the day.
Panicked passengers, confined spaces and no exits 40,000 feet above ground only enhance the expertly paced script. Tense and taut throughout, the movie will keep you guessing till the very end.
