Running on empty? Then take note!

If you’re driving around in search of petrol, you better be wary, as four stations in the emirate have been temporarily closed.

ADNOC Distribution announced it would carry out general maintenance and improve infrastructure facilities at the stations over the next four months.

The stations are Al Saada, Al Maha and Al Manasir service stations – located in the capital – and Al Hayer service station in Al Ain.

Al Saada service station is located on Sheikh Rashid Bin Saeed Street (Airport Road) in the direction of Abu Dhabi. There is an alternative station directly across the road, or further down the street before the Al Falah Street junction.

Al Maha service station is on Al Mina Street next to Southern Sun Abu Dhabi, heading in the direction of Sheikh Zayed Street (Al Salam). The closest alternative is on Sheikh Zayed Street between Hamdan and Mina Streets, next to The Royal Hotel.

Al Manasir service station is on Al Khaleej Al Arabi Street and Hazza Bin Zayed Street in the Manasir area. An alternative petrol station is further down Hazza Bin Zayed Street after Mubarak Bin Mohammed Street, opposite Bodytree Studio or on Al Bateen Street after Al Bateen Park, near Emirates Post.

Al Hayer is located on the Abu Dhabi-Sweihan-Al Hayer Road in Al Ain. The nearest alternative is before the Al Hayer station on the same road after the Al Nahil Co-Op; north on E66 in Al Faqa; or south on E66 near Al Ain Dairy Farm.
